These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Revelen.ai mobile application (“App”) provided by Revelen.ai, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the App is also governed by our End-User License Agreement (EULA). By using the App you agree to comply with both these Terms and Conditions and the terms outlined in the EULA.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Portions of the App may be available only by secure login and may require an account and a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: (a) immediately notify Revelen.ai of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security of which you become aware, and (b) exit completely from your account at the end of each session (c) Keep all your account information accurate and up-to-date. Revelen.ai will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Revelen.ai or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy – Revelen.ai.
The App is intended for use by law enforcement agencies and officers for the purpose of collecting, uploading, and analyzing ballistic evidence. App users must also be Revelen.ai customers or other users Authorized by Revelen.ai. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized action may result in account suspension or termination, loss of access or services, financial responsibility for any damages or losses incurred and other legal action.
Revelen.ai acknowledges that users of the App, including law enforcement agencies and officers, may be subject to internal policies, regulations, or guidelines specific to their respective organizations. Revelen.ai shall not be responsible for ensuring compliance with any customer policies, rules, or other internal regulations. Users are solely responsible for adhering to their organization’s requirements while using the Revelen.ai Mobile App
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors. These rights include, but are not limited to, database rights, copyright, design rights, and trademarks.
You agree to indemnify and hold the company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Revelen.ai Mobile App, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party. The indemnification obligations set forth in this agreement shall survive the termination of your account or your use of the Revelen.ai Mobile App, continuing to apply to any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your prior use of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revelen.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions, EULA or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, it is the user’s responsibility to cease use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will post the revised Terms and Conditions on the App and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
